My Biggest Challenge
Watching The Biggest Loser has made me realize that it is awful to look so heavy not just on the screen but also in real life. Taking weight loss pills is one of the first moves that I did and I am not stopping there. I continue this task with some diet of course, exercising everyday and giving myself a pat in the back to maintain that self confidence that I still have.
I don’t want to wait for like a year to see the difference in me, by that time, my self confidence is way too low already, I don’t want that to happen. I am setting a goal for myself and that is 2 months or less and I will be pretty BIG loser then.
